Access to and use of this website are subject to the terms of use set out in this legal notice, which we recommend reading carefully, as access and use imply full acceptance of these terms.

CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

VEGAN FEST® is a trademark registered at European level. The registration grants its owner, Associació Vegana de Catalunya, the exclusive right to use it.

The contents of the website are current as of the date of their last update. Associació Vegana de Catalunya reserves the right to modify, update or remove them at any time, without this giving rise to any right to claim or compensation.

The user acknowledges that the contents of the website are owned by Associació Vegana de Catalunya or by authorised third parties. Their modification, downloading, transmission, copying, reproduction, exploitation, distribution or transformation is prohibited without express authorisation. Access to the website does not imply any transfer of rights over the contents.

The purchase of products implies acceptance of these conditions and is binding in nature. The buyer undertakes to provide truthful and complete information.

The sale shall be deemed concluded at the moment of confirmation by Associació Vegana de Catalunya.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

Any dispute shall be governed by the applicable legislation in force and shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts corresponding to the consumer’s place of residence. It may also be submitted to the Consumer Arbitration Board.

VEGAN FEST® REGULATIONS

Access
VEGAN FEST® is free of charge and open to the public. The organisation accepts no responsibility for possible fraud related to the sale of tickets by third parties.

Responsibility
Attendance is at each visitor’s own responsibility. Visitors must follow the instructions of staff and the rules of the venue.

Minors
Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Changes
The programme may be subject to change for technical or organisational reasons, without any right to claim.

Alcohol
The sale of alcohol to persons under 18 years of age is prohibited.

Image rights
Access to the venue implies authorisation for the use of images for promotional purposes.

Recordings
The recording of official content is prohibited without express authorisation.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF EXHIBITORS

Exhibitors must fully accept the Regulations. Failure to accept them will prevent participation.

They are responsible for any damage, for the cleanliness of their space and for the safety of their material. They must hold public liability insurance.

The organisation shall not be liable for damage arising from weather conditions or from access restrictions imposed by the authorities.

Only products that are 100% plant-based and free from animal exploitation may be sold.

GENERAL LIABILITY

Associació Vegana de Catalunya shall not be liable for any damage arising from the use of the website or from linked external content.

The user undertakes to make lawful use of the services and to provide truthful information.

Failure to comply with these conditions may result in the cancellation of the services without any right to compensation.
