IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR EXHIBITORS
Every year, Vegan Fest brings together dozens of exhibitors from all over Catalonia, Spain, and several European countries, joining forces to create a unique event with a strong social and media impact.
If you would like to take part in this edition, the first step is to fill in the pre-registration form available on this page. Please note that this form does not guarantee participation but serves to express your interest in being part of the festival.
Once we receive your application, the organizing team will review it and, if accepted, we will contact you by email. In this email, you will find all the necessary documentation to complete your registration, as well as instructions to fill out and sign the required documents. It is important to note that registration will only be considered valid once all documentation has been submitted and the corresponding payment has been made. Without these steps, your participation as exhibitors cannot be confirmed.

Admission to Vegan Fest is open to all, free of charge! As a non-profit organization, the Associació Vegana de Catalunya strives to raise awareness about animal rights and promote the benefits of plant-based nutrition and sustainable living.
